What are some easy tricks to lose weight In 1 week?
Hello beautiful people !! I am here to share my experience of weight lost which worked for me like wonders . Excuse me for my English as English is not my first language.
I am 35 height is 5′11 and my weight after weight lost is 70 kg which is perfect for my BMI.
Last year I was 85 Kgs because I used to sit in office for the whole day and have no time for activity or for the workouts. I am still doing the same job , I have not left my job and I managed to reduce my weight to 70kgs. Now I am giving you my secret which will be no longer secret anymore.
I adopted 3 methods for the weight lose program . Which I am going to share with you people. Trust me all methods can be followed by anyone . You don't need any Gym sessions or hiring a Trainer or anything.
SECRET NO 1
First of all Try to sleep early like before 10 pm every night in order to complete 8 hours of sleep. Do not eat anything before hitting the bed , means your dinner should be taken before 9 o clock in order to hit the bed at 10 pm. Then when you wake up in the morning as I used to wake up for office at 6 am . Here comes the MAGIC TRICK I call it magic because it has done wonders for me at least.
So when you wake up in the morning before going to washroom or doing anything what you need to do is take a full glass of warm water make sure its not warmed in microwave oven , warm it on stove ok !!! and then squeeze 2 lemons or Lime whatever is available to you I tried both from time to time because of the availability.
so you need to drink the water fully , I forgot to add you can mix one table spoon of honey If you want but I did not used honey because I didn't want to take that sugar intake and I was conscious for the sugar level. So when you drink that , now this is IMPORTANT make sure you do not eat or drink for the next 1 hour minimum and 2 hours maximum . you can pack your breakfast or you can eat in the office tea break session . but make sure you do not take anything in between , what this does is you will feel the fats and everything unwanted in your stomach burning , you will feel hungry like I used to feel after 1 hour . but initially it will be little harder but trust me the results you gonna see after 1st week will make you more motivated .
I continued this MAGIC trick for at least 3 months and I noticed a drastic decrease in my weight and to top it off my skin my health became on top notch . I feel energetic and my hairs are so shiny and fresh looking. For the first 3 months of this trick I managed to reduce my weight up to 77 kg. Just by using this trick and yes of course you people have to maintain your diet as well not like eat everything and then starts complaining that why I am not reducing weight .
SECRET NO 2
This trick is so easy that you will start thinking why don't we people follow this . So the trick is whenever you are having breakfast or lunch or dinner . what I used to do before my weight lose trick I used to ensure that I eat up to maximum I can eat to make myself full , which is way WRONG very WRONG concept . What we need to do is eat only 80% of the capacity of our tummy and leave the 20% empty , what this trick will do is it will give space and strength to out tummy for digestion process , if we eat full 100% of our food and fill our tummies to 100% capacity the process of digestion will slow down and gets effected results in fats increasing in our body. So next time if you are in the dinning table remember to eat up to 80% or 90% maximum.
SECRET NO 3
Now after above mentioned 2 secrets the third one is very simple , so in order to maintain your energies during this weight lose process and to keep on achieving the goal , you need good supplements Now a days everyone should be taking supplements that is FDA approved and must be made from 100% all natural and vegetarian . I would suggest to check out these supplements because now a days we don't get proper nutrition's because we don't get organic food and organic food is more costly.
